Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The AURA Free plan is completely free of charge. No payment information is required, and therefore no refunds are applicable.

You can use the Free plan indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers to paid plans (Starter and Pro).

  • Available for the first billing cycle only of a new subscription
  • To request a refund, email support@aura-api.com within 14 days of your first charge
  • Full refund, no questions asked
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan after the refund is processed

3. After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period:

  • No refunds are available for partial billing periods
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties

4. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

  • Log in to your cabinet → Account Settings → Cancel Subscription
  • Email support@aura-api.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your paid plan features until then.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period:

  • Send an email to support@aura-api.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email address
  • Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Processing time: Refunds are processed through Paddle within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment method and financial institution.

6. Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for accounts that have been terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
  • Payment processing fees charged by Paddle (typically ~5%) may be non-refundable depending on your payment method and region
  • If you have previously received a refund for the same plan, subsequent refund requests for the same plan may be declined
